Sales Audit Clerk - Contract (Closed)

About The Opportunity 

  • Ensure daily transaction data is received from POS systems to SAP for audit and posted to the correct accounts for Revenue & Inventory posting 
  • To monitor, cleanse/correct, process and analyze the sales and tender financial information from individual store locations to the central systems in Head Office in a timely manner 
  • Ensure that all accounts are audited and reconciled on a timely basis and that information reported to statutory authorities is accurately completed within required timelines 
  • Reconcile accounts in a timely fashion in order to identify items that may require adjustment. Reconcile integrated and non-integrated tenders 
  • Ensure appropriate backup is maintained to support all sales transactions 
  • Perform other duties, as required 

About You 

  • Accounting Diploma or Equivalent, 2-3 years of accounting experience 
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, SAP is highly preferred 
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, judgement, problem-solving skills and customer service skills 
  • A proven track record of strong attention to detail and accuracy 
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written 

Pay Rate 

$18 - $20/hour
