About the Company

Our client is a growing organization in the service industry. They are looking for a QA Lead who will work with the team here to guide and direct the offshore team.

About the Opportunity

• Create test strategy and test plan for Salesforce implementations
• Understand and review BRDs and functional specification documents
• Understand Salesforce customizations and design test cases covering positive and negative conditions
• Keep Salesforce regression suite up to date with enhancements and project releases
• Perform functional, regression and integration testing of Salesforce application
• Coordinate with BSAs and Developers for functional knowledge
• Prepare weekly testing status reports
• Lead offshore QA team
• Ensure QA processes, practices and standards are followed
• Ensure QA artefacts are maintained in test management tool
• Ensure requirements coverage
• Experience of planning, implementing and managing all phases of Software Testing Life Cycle for both Functional and Automation testing projects
• Experience in managing Product launches, Enhancements, Production Support and Testing projects
• Experience of Agile methodology
• Experienced in performing various types of testing: Functional testing, Database testing, Mainframe testing, Web Service testing, Integration testing, UI testing, Mobile testing, Database testing and End-to-End testing
• Requirement Analysis, Test Strategizing, Test Planning, Test Design, Test Data Optimization, Execution, Defect Tracking for Functional/Regression testing
• Lead the process related tasks Estimation, Monthly Matrices and Project audit

About You

• 5 - 8 years of overall QA experience
• 3+ years of Salesforce and FSL testing experience
• Experience in designing test cases covering all boundaries, positive and negative conditions
• Good understanding of agile methodology and working experience Agile projects
• Experience in using test management tools like HP ALM, Jira, Rally
• Good understanding test management processes
• Good to have: Mobile applications testing
• Experience of implementing and following DevOps
• Strong experience of implementing and managing test automation
• Automation script development with Selenium, Java, Robot framework, TestNG, Appium
• Gitub, Jenkins implementation experience
• Strong leadership and excellent communication skills
