About the Opportunity

• Overseeing the full accounting cycle
•  Maintains financial records and completes accounting reports
• Review AP/AR entries
• Prepare and submit financial draws to cost consultants on a monthly basis
• Work with the development team to update and review anticipated costs and ensure costs are in line with budget
• Monitoring cash flow activities
• Preparing year end working paper files and assisting with audits, answering all audit queries
• Work with project managers
• Analysis and other reconciliation
• Prepare interim and final closing schedules

About You

• 3/+ years in similar role working for a real estate firm
• 5/+ years accounting experience
• CPA or on track to obtaining designation is an asset
• Highly proficient in Microsoft excel, test required
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, and Outlook

Salary

$75,000 - $1,00,000/year
