About the Opportunity 

• Oversee cash management including monitoring daily cash positions, cash flows, sweep positions and liquidity needs
• Assist in coordinating foreign exchange transactions and settlements with banks
• Maintain strong relationships with various banking counterparties
• Oversee debt management including credit facility drawdowns and repayments, borrowing base calculations, and various other reporting and ancillary credit facility activities
• Liaise with internal and external parties to manage incoming/outgoing cash flows
• Review distribution and capital call budgets
• Review and monitor cash and liquidity forecasts o Assist with and oversee SOC testing for treasury controls
• Actively participate and present in management discussions, team meetings and other firm-wide initiatives
• Collaborate with teams across the firm on new initiatives and process improvements
• Assist in leading a team of highly motivated individuals and provide mentorship and coaching
• Contribute innovative ideas and actively participate in the company’s strategic initiatives
• Review processes and procedures while ensuring there is adequate level of review and control, including identifying and implementing solutions which improve efficiency and effectiveness through simplification and/or automation

About You 

• 6+ years of experience working in a Treasury and/or asset management operations function
• Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance and/or professional accounting or finance designation (CPA, CFA, CTP)

Salary Range 
$130,000 - $145,000/year
