About the Opportunity

• Experience with Attribute Rules and Contingent Values tools within ArcGIS
• Experience with the latest versions of ArcGIS Pro and web services as related to SOAP
• Experience with developing a set of tools for use in coordinating data between ArcGIS Server (SDE) feature classes and web service calls using SOAP
• Experience completing specific assigned tasks within a reasonable time frame daily
• Design, develop, implement, and enhance ArcGIS Pro applications including user interfaces, automation, data transformation, validation and quality control, map generation, spatial analysis, and systems integration processes
• Assist users and stakeholders with the functionality of the ArcGIS tools such as ArcView, ArcPAD and GIS web applications

About You

• Degree or Diploma in Computer Science or a related field
• 5+ years as a .Net Developer
• 2+ years ArcGIS development experience
• Experience with client-server and web-based tools such as ArcObjects, VB.NET, ASP.NET, Web Services, JavaScript, TSQL
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• You are a team player while being able to work independently
• Strong prioritization and organizational skills
• You are able to manage multiple tasks under tight timelines
