About the Opportunity

Accounts Receivable (AR) & Accounts Payable (AP) functions
Reconcile the sub-ledgers each month
Investigate discrepancies between billing and payments
Cash applications and payments
Prepare and post month-end journal entries (JE's). Examples include bank deposit items, fundraising, base funding revenues
Other duties as assigned

About You

CPA Enrolled or plans to pursue
Previous experience with AP/AR: co-op or any relevant experience
Post-secondary in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related
Advanced Excel (Pivot tables, vlookup)
NPO Experience
Experience with prepaid/accruals and reconciliation to the sub-ledger
Great Plains

Salary Range
$45,000 - $51,000/year
