About the Opportunity
- Prepare journal entries as required to update accounts
- Prepare monthly variance analysis of financial results
- Perform bank reconciliations in a timely manner
- Perform balance sheet account reconciliations
- Prepare year-end and quarter-end documentation for balance sheet accounts
- Reconcile between donor database and General Ledger monthly
- Completion of Intercompany reconciliation in a timely manner
- Provide financial analysis and support in the planning process
- Prepare regular and ad-hoc financial analysis and reports
- Assist in preparation for interim and year-end audits
About You
- 3-5 years of experience
- CPA enrolment is an asset
- Experience in a multi-level, not for profit organization is an asset
- Proficiency in Excel and Sage ACCPAC
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to hit the ground running
Pay Rate
$28 - $30/hour
