Financial Analyst - 3 Month Contract (Closed)

About the Opportunity

• Prepare journal entries as required to update accounts
• Prepare monthly variance analysis of financial results
• Perform bank reconciliations in a timely manner
• Perform balance sheet account reconciliations
• Prepare year-end and quarter-end documentation for balance sheet accounts
• Reconcile between donor database and General Ledger monthly
• Completion of Intercompany reconciliation in a timely manner
• Provide financial analysis and support in the planning process
• Prepare regular and ad-hoc financial analysis and reports
• Assist in preparation for interim and year-end audits

About You

• 3-5 years of experience
• CPA enrolment is an asset
• Experience in a multi-level, not for profit organization is an asset
• Proficiency in Excel and Sage ACCPAC
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to hit the ground running

Pay Rate

$28 - $30/hour
