About The Opportunity
- B2B collections and customer service duties
- Communicating with internal teams to manage fund process
- Identifying escalation opportunities to ensure timely collections.
- Maintain the accuracy of the information retained for that customers, terms, customer defined billing requirements etc.
- Month End consolidation and completeness of departmental tasks.
About You:
- 6 months+ years of B2B collections/customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills
- University/college degree/diploma
- Comfortable communicating with internal team members and making/answering calls to receive cash from clients
- Comfortable navigating spreadsheets
Pay Rate
$19 - $23/hour
