Accounts Payable Analyst - 12 months (Closed)

About the Opportunity

• Process payables in an accurate and timely manner
• Identify costing variances while ensuring proper approvals are attained from the inventory and the pricing group
• Manage vendor invoices related to day to day operations and capital assets procurement
• Ensuring proper allocation of expenses to cost centers and sub cost centers
• Ensure non purchase order related invoices follow proper approval for payment
• Process invoices to meet month end requirements
• Analyze variance accounts
• Reconcile accrual accounts
• Address inquiries in a professional and timely manner
• Perform year-end duties as required, including principle reconciliations
• Work on special projects as needed
• Assisting different finance functions as required

About You

• Attention to detail
• Accounting College Diploma
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in payables
• Highly organized and able work well under pressure
• Ability to multitask
• Team player with customer service orientation
• Excellent communication skills and intermediate excel skills
• JD Edwards or similar ERP experience

Pay Rate
$24-$25/hour
