About the Opportunity  

  • Perform weekly payment processing 
  • Provide timely responses to clients regarding payment inquiries; investigate and resolve discrepancies 
  • Process and reconcile client accounts 
  • Reconcile bank account transactions on a consistent basis to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted 
  • Gather financial data as required to support reporting to the Ministry 
  • Provide general support to the finance department, including but not limited to month-end support, ad hoc financial information requests, and other project support 

About You  

  • Degree/Diploma in Accounting & Finance or equivalent experience 
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role 
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills   
  • Advanced computer skills (MS Office: Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) 
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
