• Build relationships with key leaders, senior leadership team members and decision makers

• Accountable for the financial reporting and analysis of all businesses across the organization
• Conduct ongoing diligent and systematic audits and reviews of finance function, procedures and processes across all companies
• Lead the annual budget planning process and quarterly forecasts and identify enhancements focused on customer centricity and reducing the length of time of the process for Board of Directors presentation
• Demonstrate service excellence through effective and timely resolution of matters and with the customer in mind
• Research and benchmark best in class finance organizational design, practices and procedures that may be required to close existing gaps and raise the level of performance with the finance team
• Develop and communicate annual finance business planning activities and outcomes required to perform across all businesses
• Evaluate, recommend, customize and implement finance “Best Practices” that support the business direction of growth, and that promotes/enhances desired outcomes
• Creates a culture where the brand behaviours of lead, innovate, commit to excellence are at the forefront for employees and where “customer obsession” and performance excellence are the norm
• Maintain positive working relationship with external and internal auditors and ensuring timely signing off on financial statements
• Is a subject matter expert in complex and changing accounting policies and recommending optimal solutions
• Build a team of high quality and accountable finance experts to service all businesses across the organization
• Enhance business and financial reporting as required

About You

• CPA designation
• 8-10 years of progressive finance and accounting experience in a senior role (Director or above) with increasing level of accountabilities
• Previous experience working with multiple business units and stakeholders

Salary Range
$180,000 - $190,000/year
