About the Opportunity

Work with team and outsource providers to complete US tax compliance requirements
Tax accounting / provision preparation and / or review under US GAAP including budget and forecasting of relevant line items
Assist with tax planning
Deal with tax matters related to acquisitions and related due diligence
Deal with IRS and state tax authorities regarding audits and other related matters

About You

5+ years of relevant experience
CPA preferred
Proficient with tax software, tools and systems
Experience working under US GAAP

Pay Rate

$40/hour
