Our client is automobile association, and they are looking to hire a Full-Time Unit Manager of Development .

About the Opportunity

• Provide overall leadership and management of Analytics Associates supporting various groups
• Engage the business with insights and data-driven recommendations while delivering key business reporting
• Provide analytics support on cross-functional project teams
• Guide the development & delivery of prescriptive and predictive analytics solutions
• Ensure standardization and documentation of current processes
• Identify new opportunities to utilize technology to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the Reporting and Analytics group
• Develop Business Intelligence applications (Qlikview, Power, BI etc.) to be used for accessing reports and data
• Drive the implementation and monitoring of reports and analytics developed
• Establish acceptable performance expectations to ensure the requirements of the business are upheld
• Partner with the other analytics teams to establish a center of excellence for discussion on analytical approaches, best practices, etc.

About You

Must Haves:

• 10+ years of experienced level experience with BI tools (PowerBI, QlikView, QlikSense, Tableau) and hands-on coding in SQL
• 7+ years of experience with Microsoft SQL Server architecture
• 7+ years of experience with Microsoft Visual Studio
• 5+ years of experience with query debugging, optimization in a big data environment
• 1+ year formal team management (performance, appraisals, etc)
• Proficiency with BI lifecycle and experience developing and implementing enterprise-scale reports and dashboards

Nice-To-Have:

• Completion of or willingness to complete Microsoft Certified Data Analyst Associate
• Completion of or willingness to complete Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MSCA), SQL 2016
• Database Development Certification
• 10+ Years of hands on coding DAX (If you know Excel/formulas bar, you can learn DAX)

Salary

$120,000/year
