About the Opportunity

• Spearhead the design and development of effective, appropriate digital learning interventions with a strong focus on system/software applications
• Manage the quality of content output ensuring the highest standards and experience are attained
• Work closely with the Training and Implementations team to help shape the training teams’ vision for digital learning, introducing, and evaluating innovations including tools, platform, and style
• Test and quality assure digital assets
• Work with subject matter experts to design, and where appropriate, repurpose face to face content for a digital environment
• Innovate and engage learners, selecting the most appropriate mediums for effective learning experiences (interactive PDFs, modular quizzes, webinars, eLearning, videos, animations)

About You

• Relevant design/development qualifications are advantageous
• Educated to degree level or equivalent is desirable
• Utilize your systems focused eLearning experience to help form the company’s digital strategy
• Previous experience with authoring tools such as Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline etc.
• Demonstrable experience working with learning management systems (LMS)
• Experience working with intranet sites such as SharePoint
• Proven ability to deal with technical or compliance focused content
• Demonstrable experience of authoring packages such as Articulate 360 and Adobe Captivate to build high-quality online learning courses
• Knowledgeable in Learning Management System capabilities, options and program creation
• Experience of working within SCORM and xAPI protocols
• A good Knowledge of HTML4 and HTML5
• Project Management and the ability to work in collaboration with SME’s
• A good working knowledge of Adobe Cloud products including: Photoshop, Illustrator, Aftereffects and InDesign
• Experience of creating animations
• Instructional design/learning design
• Content design and development
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills
• A stand-alone digital learning expert able to hit the ground running
• An aptitude for IT and an up-to-date knowledge of common applications and systems
• Some HR digital development experience would be advantageous
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Well-developed interpersonal and facilitation skills
• A high level of organization and time management
• Confidence in training and presentation delivery – experience of online delivery would be preferable
• A full driving license as travel is required
• Innovative and dynamic in your approach
• Must work well in a team and align with the client's core values
