Our client is a talent-driven independent studio, and they are looking for Full-Time Technical Support Analyst, MS Dynamics 365 to join their team.

About the Opportunity

  • Tier 3 support for MS Dynamics 365 F&O
  • Experience configuring flows in Dynamics
  • Assist in the creation of application roadmaps with collaboration between IT and Business teams
  • Maintain a positive relationship with all business users of different seniority levels within the organization
  • Work in a high-pressure environment while effectively prioritizing and executing tasks
  • Update support ticketing system
  • Troubleshoot and analyze application-related issues and solve problems over phone/chat and web meetings
  • Analyze customer's business requirements and work with Application Support team to develop appropriate solutions
  • Collaborate with Application Support team members to discuss issues and resolutions, to share best practices
  • Ensure timely resolution of customer issues, escalating when necessary. Ensure users receive responses to requests within service level response times
  • Support SOX compliance tasks
  • Participate in projects as needed including the continued rollout of D365 to remaining divisions
  • Experience with MS NAV & MS GP would be an asset

About You

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations
  • Well-developed analytical skills with strong attention to detail
  • Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
  • Well-developed communication skills sufficient to precisely articulate business requirements, ideas, and opinions
  • A University degree in business and/or information technology (or equivalent work experience) is an asset
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships, work collaboratively, and resolve problems with people at all levels in the organization, across lines of business and with third party vendors
  • Understanding of Accounting Processes
  • Strong skills in any reporting tools like Power BI,  and exposure to SQL (querying)
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation and consensus building skills
  • Self-driven and someone who takes ownership
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • MS Visio experience
  • MS SharePoint experience
