About the Opportunity

• Responsible for the quarterly and annual consolidated tax provisions and tax reporting under IFRS, including the analysis of tax reserves, valuation allowances and undistributed earnings
• Responsible for preparing/reviewing quarterly and annual tax provisions of global sites
• Managing annual tax compliance process, including preparing/reviewing Canadian and US tax returns
• Reviewing quarterly and annual transfer pricing reports and managing the preparation process
• Reviewing quarterly transfer pricing calculations and cost allocations
• Managing the preparation and review of exempt surplus calculations when required
• Managing and coordinating tax audits, including assisting with responses
• Support global tax planning and process improvements
• Managing global transfer pricing
• Assist with other initiatives as they arise

About You

• CPA, CA, CGA, CMA with 5+ years of post-designated tax experience in a medium to large company
• University degree majoring in accounting
• Accounting knowledge of IFRS
• Strong problem-solving skills and business acumen
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
• Ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks at a given time and work in a fast-paced deadline oriented environment
• Strong proficiency in excel

Pay Rate

$45 - $60/hour
