About the Opportunity
- Opening, distributing, and filing incoming mail
- Sending couriers and registered mail
- Preparing cheque requisitions and wire requests for billings and taxes
- Processing online payments
- Maintaining Invoice/Billing tracker for invoices paid
- Filing, photocopying, scanning, faxing, preparing and editing documents in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio
- 2+ years of administrative experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to learn quickly various software applications in order for inputting invoices into the system for payment
- Able to work with Excel, Word, Powerpoint
- Experience with bookkeeping, accounting, or tax is an asset
$24 - $26/hr
