Our client is one of the largest healthcare providers in Ontario looking to hire a System Administrator 

About the Opportunity 

The role works under indirect supervision participating in effective provisioning, installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of enterprise systems hardware and software and related infrastructure.  

The incumbent participates in technical research and development to enable continuing innovation within the infrastructure. 

Another component of the role is participating in the planning, implementing, designing, analyzing, maintaining, and providing technical support for large, complex computer systems including EPIC application and other clinical applications. 

About You 

• Strong skills in Microsoft Active Directory, Group policy and Web Services. 

• Strong skills in Microsoft Windows Server 2012/2016/2019. 

• Experience in VMWare. 

• ITIL Certification and/or MS Certifications.  

• Knowledge of any scripting language (PowerShell, Perl etc.). (Read/Modify) 

Bonus Items: 

• BS/BA degree preferable in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related Information Technology Disciplines. 

• Healthcare experience in an acute care or hospital environment. 

• Healthcare experience and ECSA certification preferred, but not required. 

• Ability to work on multiple concurrent projects. 

Salary Range 

$109,000/year
