Our client is  in a Global Company in the Resources industry. They are looking for a Supervisor, FP&A who is responsible for various aspects of the forecast, budget and long-term planning processes

About the Opportunity

• Ensure the effective, accurate and timely preparation of consolidated annual budget/plan and monthly financial forecasts
• Develop and maintain financial models in Prophix.
• Provide guidance and assist in the development of site financial models when required
• Generate consolidated budget and forecast data using Prophix and Excel.
• Tasks include updating the financial model, uploading data into HFM and liaising with Corporate tax regarding mining and income tax expenses
• Perform price, volume, costs variance analysis, sensitivity analysis and identify the drivers for these variances
• Generate consolidated cash flow statements for Actuals, Forecast and Budget scenarios.
• Prepare consolidated business valuation models for Business Unit planning, Budget and impairment testing processes.

About You

• CPA
• 5 years of relevant experience
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting and consolidation
• Strong Excel-based modelling, financial analysis skills and accounting knowledge
• Experience with ERPs and consolidation systems (SAP, HFM and Prophix preferred)

Salary Range

$100,000 - $110,000/year
