Sr. Systems Analyst

About the Company   

Our client is a successful company in the utilities/services industry, looking to hire an IT Manager. 

About the Opportunity 

• This IT Manager will coordinate with and manage internal & external partners and third-party managed services provider(s) to ensure smooth delivery of IT services, which include desktop/server/network/cloud services 

• This position will not be managing any staff, but will indirectly lead external vendor's staff members or contractors in projects/etc 

• This person is not expected to be hands-on with any systems or hardware, but will ensure to delegate those tasks to the appropriate vendors and make sure things are completed as per SLAs/etc 

• This person should have a history of hands-on positions with past expertise in desktop and server management, VMware, Azure, networking. Experience with RFPs, compliance, ITIL, cyber, etc is beneficial 

About You 

• Progressive hands-on skills in desktop, server, network management, cyber 

• Experience managing cloud services (Azure and/or GCP/AWS) 

• Past hands-on experience with Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, Office 365 

• Experience working with Vendors/MSPs 

• Experience with IT service delivery, IT project delivery 

• Ability to commute to markham office 3 days per week 

Preferred Qualifications:  

• ITIL, cloud, MS certifications 

• Experience with RFPs, vendor selection and management 

Salary Range 

$115,000/year
