About the Opportunity

  • Experience with deployment of performance / productivity scorecards and workforce management systems, specifically Verint, is an asset
  • Maintains overall responsibility for all aspects of workforce management projects (initiate, plan, execute, control, close) that include system implementation, data integration and coordination with stakeholders to set up the workforce management system
  • Development of project scope and objectives involving key stakeholders
  • Develop detailed work plans to support key strategic projects and track progress
  • Identify project resources and assemble project team; assigning individual roles and responsibilities; ensure a common understanding by setting expectations to align stakeholders and team members. Includes internal and external parties
  • Improve team performance by building team cohesiveness, leading, mentoring, training, and motivating to facilitate cooperation, ensure project efficiency, and boost morale
  • Adhere to quality standards and review of project deliverables
  • Manage tasks as defined in the project plan, by following up with project team members on execution of assigned tasks, to achieve the project goals
  • Manage changes to the project scope, schedule and costs using appropriate verification techniques to keep the project plan accurate, updated, and reflective of authorized project changes as defined in the change management plan and facilitate acceptance
  • Maintain project log to track project actions, issues, risks, and decisions
  • Measure and monitor project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, highlight any required corrective actions, and communicate to all stakeholders up to and including executive team
  • Implement the approved actions and workarounds required to mitigate project risk
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Work closely with Operations in translating scope and requirements into information and data requirements that can be worked on by internal and external stakeholders
  • Create and present project updates to executive stakeholders
  • Work closely with financial analysts on tracking of project financials including vendor invoices, capital spend, monthly accruals and project benefits tracking

About You

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field of study
  • 7+ years of related experience at a senior level on a business transformation project(s)
  • PMP certification
  • Experience project managing workforce management systems
  • Excellent operational, project management, and process improvement methods
  • Strong Leadership and negotiation skills
  • Superior verbal and written communication abilities
  • Strong ability to work independently and cross-functionally within very tight and specific time frame
  • Ability to travel 10-20% (post COVID)
