Sr ERP Project Manager - Manufacturing

About the Company   

Our client is a large private manufacturing company, and they are looking to hire a Sr Project Manager, ERP. 
 

About the Opportunity 

• This will be a new role for the new PMO being built for the company of 3500 staff across North America (5 subsidiaries in the US), about 1700 in Ontario (10-11 locations including 5 plants) 

• The company will be going through a global ERP upgrade/implementation (they are currently on an old Infor system) - current potential vendors include Oracle, Microsoft (D365) and Infor 

• We are looking for a senior PM who has delivered end to end enterprise ERP projects in manufacturing companies 

• Someone who is very well versed in the delivery processes for Projects/Programs but also functionally savvy in manufacturing processes as they relate to ERP/MRP/MES software/modules  

• We need someone who is equally comfortable dealing with senior executives to keep projects/initiatives on track, vendors to make sure quality of delivery is maintained, and technical staff to explain functional high-level requirements 
   

About You 

• 10+ years’ experience delivering complex enterprise-wide ERP implementations 

• Experience delivering global ERP/MRP/MES implementation in Manufacturing organizations 

• Experience working with different project delivery methodologies (i.e., Waterfall, Agile, SAFE) 

• Functional understanding of end to end business processes as they relate to ERP (Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing) 

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, experience working with senior stakeholders/executives 

• Ability to travel to US on occasion 

• Commute to the East Toronto office 2-3 days per week 
   

Bonus Items: 

• Certifications in Change management (CCMP, CM2)  

• French 
   

Salary Range

$150,000/year CAD
