Sr Director, Demand Generation (Closed)

About the Opportunity

  • Develop and execute cross-channel demand generation programs to generate new leads, qualify and nurture existing contacts, and help generate sales-ready opportunities
  • Prioritize and manage activities across channels, including email automation, Pay-per-click (PPC, SEM) and Pay-per lead, display advertising, content syndication and promotion, virtual events, and more
  • Optimize and deploy content and messaging from the rest of the Marketing team across channels and into campaigns
  • Measure what matters: Analyze results at a granular level, provide visibility across the organization, and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Manage the day-to-day implementation of our Marketing Automation platform and other Marketing technologies
  • Create and manage project budgets and report on ROI
  • Proactively collaborate with sales, product and operations teams to ensure that lead generation goals are aligned across departments
  • Manage company website and work with the appropriate agencies and vendors to optimize for conversion and SEO
  • Build proactive website journeys leveraging Drift to inspire prospect reach out
  • Contribute to content creation, review and publishing (collateral, marketing emails, newsletters, landing pages, videos, blogs, etc.)

About You

  • Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant work experience managing cross-channel, digital- centric marketing campaigns, ideally in enterprise software or SaaS marketing
  • Data-driven, versatile digital marketer with demonstrated capability to work in fast-paced, dynamic marketing environments
  • Proven experience and understanding of marketing concepts / KPIs like MQL, SQL, lead flow, conversions, target audience profiling, etc
  • Experience using one or more leading Marketing Automation platforms (e.g., Pardot,
  • Marketo), in conjunction with Salesforce CRM
  • Experience with implementing and fine-tuning PPC SEM pay-per-click campaigns, including ad copy, audience targeting, and conversion optimization
  • Strong hands-on experience, proficiency and enthusiasm for analyzing campaign
  • results, building reports, and manipulating data
  • Strong project management skills, accustomed to working to a budget and within strict timelines
  • Tech-savvy and experienced with Drift, LinkedIn Ads, Roll Works, Influ2
  • Eagerness to experiment with and learn new skills and technologies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Salary

$130,000 - $140,000/year
