Sr Business Analyst - ERP / Manufacturing

About the Company   
Our client is a large private manufacturing company, and they are looking to hire a Sr. Business Analyst – ERP/Manufacturing.

About the Opportunity

• This will be a new role for the new PMO being built for the company of 3500 staff across North America (5 subsidiaries in the US), about 1700 in Ontario (10-11 locations including 5 plants)
• The company will be going through a global ERP upgrade/implementation (they are currently on an old Infor system) - current potential vendors include Oracle, Microsoft (D365) and Infor
• We are looking for a senior BA who has worked on end-to-end enterprise ERP projects in manufacturing companies
• This person should have a strong functional understanding of Manufacturing ERP processes to be able to be the main facilitator between the business users and technical teams, while leading requirements elicitation processes

• 10+ years’ experience working on complex enterprise-wide ERP implementations as a Business Analyst
• Experience eliciting and documenting (and guiding the business through) technical and business requirements for global ERP/MRP/MES implementation in Manufacturing organizations
• Functional understanding of end-to-end business processes as they relate to ERP (Finance, Operations, Manufacturing)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, experience working with senior stakeholders/executives
• Commute to the East Toronto office 2-3 days per week

• Certifications in Change management (CCMP, CM2)
• French

Salary Range
$120,000/year
