About the Opportunity

• Execute on SOX/Internal control testing.
• Prepare and update process and control documentation
• Test selected SOX samples and remediation plans
• Consider operating and design effectiveness
• Interface with financial and operations personnel
• Assist with preparing SOX status updates and reporting
• Participate in the development and execution of audit programs
• Identify instances of non-compliance with policies or guidelines
• Prepare working papers and execute audit procedures
• Assist with draft audit reports

About You

• CPA Designation Professional accounting/auditing designation (CA, CPA, CIA)
• 5+ years’ experience within SOX/Audit
• Experience in the preparation and analysis of data through computer aided audit tools
• Strong analytical skills; able to discern large amounts of information and focus on the critical issues
• Sound judgment and decision making
• Ability to prepare written communications outlining audit findings and recommendations, suitable for a management-level audience

Pay Rate

$55/hour
