About the Opportunity

• Obtain a good understanding of the various business processes and prepare the necessary process documentation
• Executing internal audit reviews, including developing process documentation (i.e. flow chart, narrative, and risk and control matrix) and audit procedures designed to assess the efficiency and effectiveness of the programs and controls established to mitigate risks
• Partner with Project Manager to determine appropriate remediation steps and ensure corrective action is carried out
• Perform testing on design and operating effectiveness of controls to support Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) Section 404 assessment of compliance
• Evaluate significant deficiencies and material weaknesses

About You

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent
• CA, CPA, CIA preferred
• 3 plus years experience in Audit, Consulting, or Accounting (Big 4 experience a plus)
• Experience in working with COSO framework
• Experience with Bill 198 and/or SOX certification
• Outstanding communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and work independently
• Quick learner with excellent interpersonal and time management skills and is a team player who is highly motivated and detail-oriented
• Ability to travel less than 10-15% to various sites

Pay Rate

$35 - $45/hour
