Software Development Lead / Manager

About the Company  
Our client is a North American courier services company looking to hire a Software Development Lead Manager.

About the Opportunity

• The development manager is focused on managing production, supporting development team working on various projects for around 400 inhouse custom applications focusing on finance (AR, billing, AP, GL), integration with ADP, operations (handheld equipment, time performance – maintaining customer quality services), fleet management, document management, various website for subsidiaries
• The company will be integrating their transportation business with courier services business
• This role does not need hands on coding requirement, but one should be capable of bringing knowledge and experience working in modern .NET environment 2.0 and above versions
• Also, should have the knowledge of DevOps as they would like to go in that direction

• Minimum 4 years of team lead experience with .NET
• Experience with code reviews, incident management, troubleshooting / fixing, managing new design and development.
• Previous hands-on coding experience with .Net 2.0 and above
• Understanding of DevOps, CI/CD processes
• Leadership qualities: communication, managing production issues, ensuring deliverables are on time, code reviews, testing, working with BA’s / PM’s

• Experience with Git
• Exposure to Microservices
• Any hands on cloud experience Azure / AWS / GCP
• Experience or knowledge on Java
• Industry exp in warehouse/logistics/supply chain
• SOX audit

Salary Range
$120,000/year
