LOB: Client Services & Implementation
Location: Downtown Toronto
Group Information:
- Service business, banking and corporate clients, Capital Markets
- Working closely with the Product Group and Implementation and Service teams
- Help set up cash management services
About the Opportunity
- Become a subject matter expert in Digital Cheque Services product (i.e. cheque fraud protection product)
- Processing and managing requests through a queued ticketing system; approximately 7 requests a day, with approximately 40 being in-progress and managing them accordingly
- Opening tickets up via email or telephone
- Calling clients to ensure they are comfortable with the product
- Walk customers through the service
- Fulfilling services to commercial customers
- Payment processing/cash management solutions for corporate customers (electronic fund transfers)
- Training clients on how to use the cash management services
- Dealing with internal/external customers
- Interaction with internal sales representatives as needed
About You
- 1-3 years of customer service experience
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication skills, verbal and written
- Positive and energetic attitude, with self-starter mentality and the willingness to be a team player
- Strong technical amplitude needed to help troubleshoot customer issues over the phone when required.
- Proficient with MS Office including Word and Excel
- Experience working at a financial institution is an asset
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- University/College degree/diploma
Pay Rate
$18 - $19/hour
