About the Company
Our client is one of Canada’s leading firms, and they are looking to hire a Service Desk Analyst to join their project team.

About the Opportunity
  • Provide low-level support such as:
    • Assisting in hardware preparation
    • Password reset and VPN assistance
    • Resolving basic IT tickets
  • Replacing tech like keyboards, mouses, cameras, etc.
  • Ensuring the team is prepped for meetings and all technology is working and ready to go
  • Troubleshooting issues with the technologies

About You
  • 1-2 years of Basic level experience in IT support
  • Responsible, Professional, and Autonomous
  • Strong communication skills - ability to be client-facing is an asset
