About the Opportunity 

Treasury Management 

• Manage daily cash process and cash management across all entities 
• Optimize interest income and managing interest expense 
• Ownership of the control procedures for cash movement, real time liquidity management/reporting up and down the organization 
• Formulate, implement and successfully maintain investment policies, including regularly reviewing and updating risk parameters 
• Maintain, improve forecasting methods for cash management, foreign exchange and investing 
• Develop contextual understanding company's business operations and strategy to effectively articulate the operations of the company 
• Facilitate the forecasting and planning for amounts and sources of funds required to meet outstanding and planned commitments 

Financial Risk Management 

• Establish and maintain minimum levels of liquidity in entity bank accounts, develop, and update internal control measures with respect to cash and investments 
• Provide regular reports regarding cash positions, capital commitments and exposures to risk. 
• Ensure compliance with relevant internal and external policies. Stay abreast of changes to government/agency policies/regulations affecting treasury activities 
• Monitor and ensure compliance with all credit facility covenants 
• Oversee Foreign Exchange risk management and present any salient hedging strategies 
• Manage interest rate risk by evaluating the company's debt management and interest hedging strategy on a regular basis 

Banking and Account Management 

• Own the relationships with Banks and other lenders and compliance organizations, monitor and update policies regarding opening and maintaining bank accounts 
• Maintain and report letters of credit, escrow, surety bonds and intercompany notes 

Financing and Capital Structure 

• Manage the draw reporting for the project loans and facilitate the draw reporting 
• Partner with Accounting and Tax to ensure intercompany financing agreements are in place and that they comply with local and international tax and legal requirements 
• Partner with operating segments to ensure adequate liquidity and security for the business to execute their plan 
• Ownership of the project debt issuance process 

Other 

• Train and mentor department staff on best practices and procedures 
• Ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by Treasurer or other department leaders 
• Assist in executing the Investor Relations plan 

About You 

• CPA or CFA 
• Treasury experience at the Manager level 
• Ability to travel to the USA   

Salary Range 

$130,000 to $140,000/year
