Senior Tax Analyst

Our client is a large bank. They are looking for a full-time Senior Tax Analyst.

• Prepare BEPS Pillar Two tax calculations and reporting for Canadian, US and international subsidiaries
• Prepare and review foreign affiliate attribute computations including surplus, ACB and FAPI calculations
• Collaborate with Canadian income tax compliance and Transfer Pricing teams to prepare and review T1134 and T106 information returns for foreign affiliates
• Coordinate and assist other tax teams and business for planning opportunities, tax compliance issues and reporting involving international tax
• Assist with technical tax analysis and planning of transactions impacting foreign affiliates
• Analyze and respond to International Tax related audit queries from Canadian tax authorities and external auditors.
• Conduct research and technical analysis on various international tax matters
• Provide routine tax advice where appropriate
• Other ad hoc projects including process improvement initiatives

• Accounting/finance degree
• An accounting designation and enrollment in the CICA In Depth program
• Canadian corporate tax experience

Salary Range 
$90,000 - $95,000/year
