About the Company  
Our client is a global company specializing in medical devices, leader in the field of Orthodontics and medical scanners and they are looking to hire a Senior Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET).

About the Opportunity
The role (SDET) will join a team responsible for developing and improving algorithms for automated treatment planning software for their product.  As a Senior SDET, will design and extend automatic test systems. Main responsibilities include (not limited to):

• Write and review automatic tests and support software developers in writing tests
• Participate in release preparation: software verification, maintenance of test coverage, troubleshooting and production support
• Set up, maintain, and improve test environments and CI/CD pipelines
• Set up, configure, maintain, and improve existing automation framework

About You

• 8+ years of software development experience
• 5+ Years of Python as primary coding language
• Good practical experience in SQL
• 5+ years of practical experience with tools, methodologies, and frameworks for automatic software testing.
• Experience in testing versioned REST API REST/web services
• Experience with DevOps creating CI/CD Pipelines and not just maintaining it
• Experience with Build Management, Software Configuration Management, Change Management, and Release Management
• Experience with any cloud computing (AWS preferred)

Bonus Items:

• Experience working in highly regulated industries (such as Banking, Financial, Healthcare, Medical Devices, Aerospace, etc.)
• Experience in Pytest, Pycharm
• Experience in modern C++ or C#. (Highly preferred)
• Mathematical background, and knowledge of optimization methods, linear algebra, analytical geometry, and/or 3D graphics on a university level
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Mathematics or related field, or equivalent experience in commercial software development
• Experience in agile SDLC
• Working knowledge of Git and Atlassian stack (Jira, Bitbucket, Confluence, etc.)
• Ability to travel to US if needed

Salary Range
$130,000 to $150,000/year based on experience.
