About the Opportunity
- Prepare journal entries
- Prepare monthly operating costs and tax recovery estimates
- Review and analyze financial statements, recovery ratios and provide variance analysis
- Prepare final annual operating costs and tax recovery adjustments, including preparing CAM audit statements
- Provide information to property appraisers on a timely basis
- Ensure that monthly reporting deadlines are met
- Assist in completion of annual budget
- Assist Accounting Manager and Controller
About You
- Real estate experience (minimum of 2 years)
- JD Edwards is an asset
- Collaborative worker and effective team member
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational, analytical skills and very hands-on
- High level of attention to detail
Pay Rate
$30 - $37/hour
