About the Opportunity
- Full cycle accounting experience for properties
- Participate in the preparation of monthly and quarterly reporting
- Prepare inputs for the budgeting process
- Prepare GST/HST reconciliations
- Prepare monthly Bank, A/R
- Analysis and reconciliations of A/R & A/P and bank accounts
- Work with the external auditors and prepare working papers
- Prepare ad-hoc reports
- 5 years experience in the Property Management industry
- Detail oriented and strong time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
$28 - $32/hour
