About the Opportunity
- Experience processing full cycle payroll
- Create and run payroll reports as required
- Produce, review and submit Records Of Employment
- Create and maintain employee files accurately
- Process government remittances and other payments
- Prepare and balance month end journal entries, payroll and benefits billing and reconciliations
- Prepare, balance and remit WSIB payments and union dues
- Perform year end balancing and reporting
About You
- Diploma or degree in related accounting field
- Experience processing high-volume payroll
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and able to work in a standalone position
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Pay Rate
$28 - $30/hour
