About the Opportunity

• Manage the full cycle of accounting duties of revenue generating properties within the portfolio
• Manage, train and develop a team of Property Accountants to ensure delivery of good customer service is provided to internal and external clients
• Initiate, manage and implement process improvements
• Review monthly, quarterly and yearly processing and reporting of property financials including account reconciliations and recovery analysis, job cost and fixed assets, bank reconciliations and integrity reports
• Consolidated reporting of NOI variances
• Ensure corporate G&A fees are properly recorded and variances analyzed
• Coordinate year-end audits and ensure tenant billings are processed according to standard lease provisions and departmental goals
• Assist property management with tenant account reconciliations

About You

• CPA
• 5+ years of experience in commercial property accounting and reporting
• Previous Supervisory experience
• Excellent communication skills

Salary Range

$90,000 - $110,000/year
