About the Opportunity

• Maintenance of Risk Appetite Framework and Statement, and Risk Management Framework
• Review adequacy of risk oversight in the management and Board committee mandates
• Prepare and deliver training to staff on enterprise risk management and Operational Risk Management
• Prepare monthly and quarterly risk and regulatory reporting for management risk committees, Board committees, parent and regulators
• Prepare progress reporting on RMD matters for management team and internal audit
• Organize Risk Management Steering Committee meetings
• Oversee implementation of Business Process Mapping & Risk Control Self-Assessments by business and corporate functions
• Maintain Operational Risk and IT Policy and related guideline
• Perform an annual internal capital adequacy assessment and report results
• Prepare annual capital plan and prepare monthly and quarterly reporting of capital adequacy and capital planning

About You

• Designation
• 10+ years of experience in an Operational Risk Management and/or Enterprise Risk Management role in a federally regulated financial institution
• Bilingual, English and Korean is an asset
• Regulatory reporting and OFSI experience

Salary Range

$100,000 - $128,000/year
