About the Opportunity
- Lead the capital planning processes to enable portfolio tracking, and management of capital budget for digital initiatives
- Accountable for reporting overall state of capital budget and actuals, including timely and clear reporting on monthly actual results and forecast
- Lead the Capital Governance planning processes to enable Budget trade offs, OTL and tasks set up, scheduling for reviews and fund transfer and releases
- Ensure accurate, detailed and timely project and team reporting and tracking, building required information as needed
- Lead monthly, quarterly and annual planning processes to derive capital budget, identify opportunities for trade-offs for capital; identify budget challenges and actions to close the gaps
- Manage Monthly reports and present Capital results to VPs and Directors
- Proactively highlight risks to achieving targets by reviewing project delivery trajectory and spend curves
- Build new models and enhance existing models to drive more effective business decision making on capital spend
- Set up self-serve process to address repeatable requisitions from teams
- Lead a team of Planning manager and Sr. Analyst
About You
- CPA/MBA
- 10 years+ experience of related business planning/budget management experience
- Previous people management experience
- FP+A experience with budgeting/forecasting, KPIs and analysis
- Excellent communication skills and exceptional interpersonal skills
- Strong presentation ability
Salary Range
$110,000 - $115,000/year
