Senior ITSM Specialist (Closed)

About the Company   

Our client is a large international organization with a very well-known brand - looking to hire a Senior ITSM Specialist for a remote full time position. 

About the Opportunity 

• This role will work on extending the ITSM processes to the rest of the organization 

• Currently the IT department is mature with ITSM, now they will be working with the rest of the business (eg HR, FInance, Facilities, etc) to bring the value of ITSM processes to them (eg Incident management, request, self-service, etc) 

• HR department is already slated to go live in about a year, they are looking to hire 15 people for service desk for HR and bring these ServiceNow processes to 10000+ users across the company 

• We are looking for someone who has done ITSM implementations of various areas (eg Incident management, request management, Change Management, etc), preferably in Service Now 

• This person will be meeting with the business stakeholders, explain the value of ITSM to non-IT business areas, and work with PMs/BAs to implement those processes in ServiceNow for those areas 

About You 

• Proven ITSM process implementation experience in Incident Management, Request Management, Self-serve 

• ITSM v4 certification (or at minimum ITIL v3 and working towards ITIL v4) 

• Experience implementing above modules in ServiceNow 

• Experience participating in (preferably leading) ITSM and/or CAB meetings 

• Understanding of ITSM KPIs 

• Experience communicating with and presenting to non-technical business leadership 

• Very good communication and presentation skills 

Bonus Items: 

• Strong understanding of Service Now capabilities (eg Virtual Agent) 

• Experience with implementing: Configuration Management, Change Management, Problem Management, Asset Management 

• Completed undergraduate degree 

Salary Range 

$85,000-100,000/year
