About the Opportunity

  • Responsible for independent assessment and evaluation of risks, internal controls, processes, and management practices related to Information Technology
  • Execute audits that primarily deal with technology in the areas of IT infrastructure, processes, applications, operations, security, and emerging technologies
  • Conducts audits in accordance with best practice audit methodology and professional standards
  • Manage the end-to-end audit lifecycle – planning, execution, reporting and follow up
  • Contributes to the comprehensive risk and control assessment and audit planning process and in executing related audit programs
  • Build and maintain positive working relationships by effectively communicating and regularly sharing information, issues, points of interest and knowledge with audit management, colleagues, and internal and external business partners
  • Responsible for establishing and maintaining effective client relationships throughout all phases of the audit
  • Communicates audit findings and recommendations to audit stakeholders up to the executive level through high impact verbal and written reporting
  • Proactively follows up with action plan owners to ensure audit recommendations are implemented on time and in a manner that addresses the related risk
  • Provide advisory services to business management on issues related to IT risk assessment, controls, and governance
  • Contributes to the development and continuous improvement of audit methodologies, processes, and services
  • Ability to write clear, concise audit reports as well as internal and external communication
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team of professionals

About You

  • Undergraduate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
  • IT Audit or Information Security professional designation such as CISA, CRISC, CISM, CISSP, etc.
  • Minimum 7 years’ experience in audit of which at least 5 years of IT audit experience
  • Strong technical understanding of various IT platforms, evolving cyber risks and technologies including cloud computing, data lakes, big data, and agile development methodologies
  • Good project management and organizational skills and ability to multi-task
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to form an opinion on risks, controls, and impact to business
  • Ability to present complex information clearly and influence the outcome through effective verbal and written communication

Salary

$100,000/year
