About the Opportunity

• Conducts audit interviews and prepares process flows to identify and document key risks and controls
• Provide ongoing communications and reporting with respect to ICFR work to the ICFR steering Committee
• Maintain and perform continuous improvements on ICFR tools, templates, standards and methodologies; and ensure that those are current with regulatory requirements and professional standards such as CIA, COSO, COBIT
• Work with second line of defense (Risk, Compliance and Legal) to ensure effective integration of ICFR program into the Company’s Enterprise Risk Management framework
• Communicates effectively with client by demonstrating flexibility in prioritizing and timeliness in completing tasks and communicating potential conflicts
• Serves on audit team in collaboration with external auditor on reviews of Company accounting and operating procedures and systems of internal control

About You

• Accounting Designation
• 3+ years of progressive and relevant audit work experience, preferably from inside the organization or within a risk management and/or Big 4 environment and/or the financial services industry
• Knowledge of risk assessment techniques, COSO and ICFR frameworks
• Demonstrated ability to assess and determine risk impacts
• Excellent oral and written communication skills enabling communication with all levels in the organization
• Demonstrated project management experience

Pay Rate

$40/hour
