Senior Financial Reporting Analyst

About the Opportunity

• Assist with the preparation/review of all external financial reporting including the Management Discussions and Analysis, while maintaining compliance under US GAAP Reporting Standards
• Coordinating quarterly reviews and annual audits with external auditors.
• Maintain compliance with applicable standards by performing technical accounting research and analysis and preparing accounting memos.
• Higher-risk reconciliation review
• Review certain key accounting reconciliations, which require a critical eye, understanding of key risks and technical accounting expertise.
• Support certain month-end corporate accounting functions, such as lease accounting under ASC 842 by working with key stakeholders, analyzing new contracts, and booking monthly adjustments.

About You

• CPA
• 3-4 years auditing experience.
• Experience with US GAAP, COSO or Sarbanes-Oxley would be an asset.
• Strong reconciliation skills and understanding of accounting concepts.
• Experience in a fast paced, computerized, multi-Company, multi-currency environment.

Salary Range

$80,000 - $85,000/year
