About the Opportunity

• Accountable for monthly financial close and reporting for Operation and Distribution departments, including all journal entries, inventory reconciliations and variance analysis
• Work closely with the billing and Operations team to ensure the customer billings are accurate and in-line with contractual obligations
• Support Operations and Distribution departments by analyzing results across systems, monitoring variances, identifying trends and recommending actions to management
• Support the company's Operations by analyzing results across systems, monitoring variances, identifying trends and recommending actions to management
• Perform pricing analysis and work closely with pricing team to address any gaps/concerns
• Assist in the preparation of the monthly financial results packages, ensuring proper analysis and interpretation of performance are provided to senior management
• Develop and maintain an understanding of how actual costs are coded and flow through the system
• Ensure timely preparation of annual budget and forecasts, working with operations and distribution management to influence and drive business decisions
• Understand key drivers of budget ($39MM-$48MM) and forecast and what may drive variances
• Ensure compliance to the company’s financial policy
• Participate in cross-functional business projects and ad hoc analysis on as needed basis

About You

• CPA
• 3+ years manufacturing and costing experience an asset
• Strong analytical skills and detail oriented
• Must be proficient in Excel

Salary Range

$80,000 - $85,000/year
