Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A (Closed)

Our client is a leading charity looking for a Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A, the individual will own the monthly management reporting process. They will be responsible for analyzing financial results and preparing the forecast in support of the Foundation’s planning and decision-making process.

About the Opportunity

• Plays an integral role in supporting the annual planning process, working collaboratively with senior managers and program directors to formulate the annual budget
• Owns the monthly variance analysis and forecasting process across the organization
• Perform monthly variance analysis of budget versus actual results and articulating this in a report and slide deck that is presented to the senior leadership team monthly and Audit & Risk Committee quarterly
• Assist in developing and monitoring key performance indicators throughout the organization
• Support the assessment of corporate development opportunities and other growth areas through advanced modelling and scenario analysis
• Maintain the two year rolling cash flow
• Assist with ongoing enterprise risk management
• Support the month end close process
• Create reports from the accounting system to fulfill the needs of internal stakeholders
• Perform ad-hoc financial analysis

About You

• CPA or CPA In-Progress
• FP&A Experience
• Strong with Excel and Powerpoint (building powerpoint decks for monthly reporting)
• Experience working cross functionally with executive leadership

Salary Range

$80,000 - $90,000/year
