About the Opportunity

• Work closely with FP&A Manager to help drive strategic priorities and projects and analysis, including evaluation of findings and implications, preparation of reports, and making recommendations
• Under the FP&A Manager’s direction, contribute to the development of financial strategies for the company which align with company’s overall vision and the firm’s current and long-term business objectives
• Assist with financial planning and analysis activities to identify risks and opportunities and contribute to the achievement of the company’s Canada’s short and long-term financial goals
• Occasionally, team with cross-functional groups to bring FP&A viewpoint to ad hoc projects, playing a key role in carrying out deliverables to senior leadership
• Assist with the preparation of timely and meaningful management reporting to the Canada leadership team, which includes financial performance metrics and state of the business analysis, to drive optimal business decisions
• Under the FP&A Manager’s direction, track and monitor consultant capacity, client activities, client revenues; continuously identify and implement programs for both improving profit measures and reducing costs
• Planning and Budgeting
• Help drive strategic and financial planning and forecasting in accordance with global and regional guidelines
• Help manage the preparation of Canada's annual and long-range strategic plans, and periodic re-estimates
• Assist the FP&A Manager with oversight of the company's consulting staff pyramid planning tool, including teaming on strategy and decision-making for plans, plus responsibility for on-going database maintenance
• Provide timely, meaningful financial results, key financial metrics and variance analysis
• Provide impactful analysis on client and business performance as well as ad hoc reporting and analysis as required
• Support leadership and other key customers by performing analysis and effectively reporting key takeaways and recommendations
• Collaborate with regional network to align and centralize relevant reporting and seek process efficiencies as part of the company’s Future Finance journey
• Develop and proactively evolve reporting in response to business needs
• Collaborating closely with teammates and customers, this position will own and lead high visibility projects
• Establishing and maintaining positive working relationships with internal network and colleagues

About You

• CPA, or CFA
• 3-5 years of relatable subject matter experience preferred; experience in rotational leadership programs a plus

• Proven expertise in Excel modelling, analytics and PowerPoint
• Experience with Hyperion is an asset

Salary Range

$90,000 to $95,000/year
