Our client is a manufacturing and engineering Company. They are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst who will be responsible for a variety of accounting matters to support the financial state of the Company.

About the Opportunity 

• Responsible for the preparation of the consolidated monthly financial close process
• Provide variance analysis for P&L on a monthly basis in comparison to budget;
• Review analysis with Director
• Prepare gross margin and EBITDA bridges for vs. Budget and vs. LY
• Responsible for quarterly Forecasting
• Responsible for preparation of sales and SG&A budget. Work with cost owners to finalize budget
• Prepare monthly/quarterly covenant reports for financial institutions
• Provide mentorship and guidance to all Finance team members when appropriate
• Main Contact for year-end audit process by preparing necessary schedules, journal entries and or responses
• Recommend process improvements in Finance where necessary;
• Any other tasks assigned by the Director of Finance or CFO

About You 

• CPA designation (And or CPA in Progress is acceptable)
• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum 5-7 years experience
• Some accounting and analytical experience

Salary Range 
$80,000 - $90,000/year
