About the Opportunity

Month end closing process including preparation of journal entries and reconciliations
Review and approval of A/R and A/P transactions
Review and approve weekly payroll
Ensure revenue, expenses and payroll are accurately captured as part of the monthly financial close process
Assist with preparation of audit working paper files
Create financial reports and models using MR and Power BI
Oversee the accounting around shared service team
Ad-hoc projects as needed

About You

Bachelors degree with a CPA designation (or near completion)
5+ years of relevant month-end close experience with focus on reviewing A/R, A/P and Payroll transactions
Strong attention to detail
Excellent communication skills to be able to present to senior management
Experience with Great Plains is considered a strong asset
Advance Microsoft Excel skills (vloopups, sumifs, pivots)

Pay Rate
$40/hour
