About the Opportunity

Partner with business unit leadership to build detailed rolling five-year forecast models for multiple business units on a quarterly basis
Manage full cycle accounting processes with key monthly and quarterly deliverables
Provide leadership to a collaborative and growing global accounting team
Design and implement finance and accounting processes for recently acquired business units
Foster relationships with business unit and portfolio senior management
Effectively communicate results and forward expectations to a variety of stakeholders
Organize processes to effectively manage AR/AP balances and customer/vendor relationships
Prepare financial results in accordance with IFRS accounting standards
Strengthen and improve existing systems, processes, and internal controls

About You

Bachelor’s degree in business with emphasis in Accounting/Finance
Professional designation (CPA) considered a strong asset
Excellent analytical, written, and verbal skills
Ability to succeed in a fast paced, growing, and dynamic work environment
A proven leader with a strong track record able to work in a collaborative manner with the senior management team
Self-starter who is eager to learn and takes the initiative to look for process improvements
Experience working with Microsoft Great Plains and BPC an asset

Salary
$85,000/year
