Senior Financial Analyst (Closed)

About the Opportunity

• Monthly reporting of actual results and maintenance of local forecast models for assigned division
• Prepare annual budget and budget vs. actual reporting and provide commentary
• P&L analysis
• Work with operational finance team and provide any necessary financial support
• Month-end close responsibilities, ie. prepare monthly accounting reconciliations and journal entries
• Assist with the preparation of quarterly financial reporting package and annual financial statements
• Respond to external and internal audit queries
• Other duties as required

About You

• University Bachelor’s Degree with a CPA designation (or near completion)
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Finance/Accounting
• Experienced with financial planning and analysis and ability to create finance models
• Experienced with month-end close process
• Knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS an asset
• Experience with SAP is a strong asset
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
• Excellent communication skills (ability to present to senior management). with demonstrated problem solving skills

Salary Range

$80,000-$87,000/year
