About the Opportunity

• Summarize, highlight, and consolidate financial information from multiple systems and sources in a streamlined format for Executive and Board of Director review
• Work with all departments in the budgeting process to build the tools to support key financial metrics and deliver on cross-functional team initiatives (i.e. operations and marketing) that help derive bottom-up planning at store and or category levels
• Act as a lead for cross-functional projects, including modelling and analysis for Operations and lines of business
• Provide forecasting for tests, new product launches, and promotions, and work closely with all departments to ensure they are tracking to goals and adjust as necessary
• Identify high-risk items and work with the Sourcing and Marketing teams to mitigate exposure  
• In conjunction with the Sourcing and Marketing teams, analyze profitability of new items and provide pricing recommendations
• Identify areas of opportunity for margin improvement through pricing and/or cost reduction initiatives
• Work with cross-functional teams to provide financial analysis support as required, including promotional break-even analysis, project ROIs, and post-promotional impact analysis
• Summarize lessons learned and identify opportunities to improve results
• Take the lead on the annual budgeting process for all departments and corporate stores, including communications and department relations
• Assume responsibility for final completion of all budgets

About You

• CPA, or close to completion
• 2+ years of relevant analytics experience working with big data sets and an understanding of what is relevant for the required analysis
• Corporate FP&A, full P&L experience
• Very Strong Microsoft Excel user (i.e. advanced pivot tables, formulas, macros and VBA)

Salary Range

$75,000 - $85,000/year
